 | BRAZZAVILLE Welcome to Brazzaville Label : Mimicry Format : CD Style : Availability : Out of stock | |
| Description : | A 'best of' collection of material from Los Angeles' acclaimed BRAZZAVILLE. Culled from three independently released albums-produced by MICHAEL ROSEN, NIGEL GODRICH (Radiohead, R.E.M., Travis, Beck), and TONY HOFFER (Air, Suede, Supergrass, Beck)-Welcome to Brazzaville features fifteen tracks of rich, unique, and uncontrived pop with bossa-influenced rhythms, noir/spy flavors, dark lyrics, and a sophisticated and dangerous feel. Beautiful and appropriately disturbing. | |
