- Is everything is in stock ? Mostly yes, if so, they're listed as "Available". The records listed as "Available on Request" are not in stock but could be ordered quite fast ; just place your order normally and we'll answer you about avaibility asap. |

- How long does it take to receive an order ? After placing an order, you should receive a mail with all the process infos within 24h. We send orders within 48h after receiving the confirmation of payment. |

- I don't receive any mail from Mandaï, what can I do ? Maybe our mails arrive in your Spam box. The alternative ways to contact us are in the Contact Section |

| - Do the orders are well protected ? Yes, packages are safe. We had very few troubles with the Post Office but if youwant to secure your parcel at maximum, you can ask for recommended shipping and add 4.40 € to your order. |

| - I don't have a Papyal account, do I have to mention it before ordering ? No you don't have to. When you'll place your order, you will receive a confirmation by mail within 24h - In this confirmation mail, there will be several way to pay your order and you'll just have to choose the one you prefer. If there's a problem about it, just send a mail to Olivier. |

- How can I pay the records ? You can pay orders on this website via Banc account transfert and Paypal. If you wish to use a credit card, our catalog are available on GEMM, MUSICSTACK, DISCOGS and CD&LP. |

- How can I get records from Mandaï in my shop / mail order ? Take in touch with Olivier about it. Please note that prices for professional are not the one on our Mail Order section. We can also send you a free catalog. |

- How my record(s) / label could be distributed by Mandaï ? If you think that your work could fit with ours, send us a mail about it or a package with some sound (even CD-r are ok). Please don't send links or Mp3 via mail, we won't listen to them. We receive lots of requests so please be patient and keep in touch with Olivier). |

- Does Mandaï produce records ? Very few. We're more acting in distribution and promotion than in production. The best we can do so far is advise you. |

- Where the records that Mandaï distributes are available ? We're mostly working with record stores of the BeNeLux and distributors / mail order from all over the world. Records are also available via our Mail Order and through GEMM, MUSICSTACK, DISCOGS and CD&LP. Check also our Link Section. |
