| Description : | Following albums from Bisk, Multiphonic Ensemble, and Rom=Pari, here is Sub Rosa's new Japanese musician : Mati:k. For his first album, Masanobu Yanagida chose to explore with a very personnal approach the world of electro-focused music: crushed and distorted beats mixed with an accurate sense of melodies placed in an open field. Far from the usual Japanese hectic archetype, Mati:k is the perfect remedy to avoid the claustrophobic aspects of 'electro'. Be ready to face a world full of contradictory sensations, constantly mutating though constant in its intensity and straight electronic orientation, far from the usual 'human-machines don't think or feel' attitude.
