Songs exist as pure sine wave terror, like long taffy pulled by tractors miles apart. Nancy Garcia weaves a Spanglish tale of alluring fatality while Roger Rimada hits the drums that bubble under black hooded electronic oscillations emitted by Carlos Giffoni.
