 | CHINESE STARS, THE Heaven On Speed Dial Label : Anchor Brain Year : 2009 Format : CD Style : Rock Availability : Out of stock | |
| Description : | Povidence's four-pronged slice and dicers, THE CHINESE STARS need no introduction around these parts. On this third full-length release 'Heaven On Speed Dial', the band delivers their own brand of rock'n'roll justice, turning out dance music for white padded cells, themes from porno films yet to be made, lyrical groans from dark checkerboard floors, glow-in-the-dark rhythms and fierce undomesticated guitar thrashings. Filthy and raw, 'Heaven On Speed Dial' comes complete with an MP3 download code of the record in its entirety and a lovely insert, hand screen printed in Rhode Island by Devil's Rainbow Printing. | |
