| Description : | Superbeatnik originates from Montpellier (South of France) and was born as a trio in 2003. Their music, mostly rock'n'roll and stoner rock, includes a wide range of influences from noise rock, punk to hardcore. A first 6 track demo is recorded the same year, followed by a second in 2006. In the meantime, Superbeatnik gets its act together on the road, playing a bunch of shows all around France. In the beginning of 2006, a second guitar player / singer is added to the original line-up and in 2007 the quartet records its first album. Right after the release of this first effort, Vincent, the new guy, leaves the band as a trio, their first and finally their best formula. | |
